The Federal Government has ruled out any reversal of its decision to scrap the Bilateral Education Agreement scholarship scheme, insisting that Nigerian universities can now provide the same courses previously studied abroad. Education Minister Tunji Alausa also questioned the value of sending students to foreign countries with language and academic barriers.
