13 Students, Teacher Injured in UAE School Bus Crash
A collision between two school buses on Shaikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, between Ajman and Sharjah, left 14 people injured on Monday. The accident involved 13 children between the ages of 6 and 12, along with one teacher.
Emergency responders from National Ambulance arrived within 13 minutes and swiftly managed the situation.
The injured were transported to two hospitals: three children were treated and discharged from Al Qassimi Hospital in Sharjah, while the remaining were taken to Khalifa Hospital in Ajman. Some students received on-site medical attention.
Authorities have not reported any critical injuries, but the incident raises fresh concerns about road safety for school transport in the region.
