Burnett County: Grantsburg, Siren, Webster
Polk County: Amery, Clayton, Clear Lake, Frederic, Luck, Osceola, St. Croix Falls, Unity, Valley Christian
Rusk County: Bruce, Flambeau, Ladysmith
Sawyer County: Hayward, Winter
Washburn County: Northwood (Minong), Shell Lake, Spooner
