Police chief inspector-turned paramedic allegedly busted sending himself child abuse material over encrypted apps

A former police chief inspector-turned paramedic has been charged after he was allegedly busted with child abuse material. Graham John Phillips, 58, was arriving home from a trip to the United Arab Emirates on December 3 when his luggage was search by Australian Border Force officers at Sydney Airport. The officers seized a mobile phone and laptop, with digital testing allegedly finding child abuse material on the devices.
