Skippack Township Supervisor Charged with Heinous Child Sex Crimes
Nicholas Fountain, a 38-year-old Skippack Township official and father of three, is now at the center of deeply troubling criminal charges that have sent shockwaves through his community.
Already under scrutiny for soliciting a teenage boy online, Fountain is now facing new and more disturbing accusations of long-term sexual abuse.
According to prosecutors, the affected child came forward in late September, stating that Fountain had subjected him to years of sexual abuse between the ages of 9 and 16.
The charges include involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, sexual assault, and indecent assault without consent. The abuse reportedly began with inappropriate touching and escalated over time. Fountain was denied bail during his arraignment.
The revelations follow an earlier investigation in which Fountain was caught engaging in sexually explicit conversations with an undercover officer posing as a 14-year-old boy online.
Court documents detail that Fountain sent explicit photos and solicited similar images in return. Investigators traced his online activity to Reddit, where he allegedly posted under the username “pro_busy_87,” seeking sexual encounters between adult men and young boys.
In response to the mounting allegations, the Skippack Township Board of Supervisors issued a statement expressing their shock and condemnation. They confirmed receiving Fountain’s resignation and pledged full cooperation with law enforcement.
