14-Year-Old Nigerian Star Oluwadamilola Adeolu Emerges as Junior Champion of African Spelling Bee

In a remarkable display of talent and determination, 14-year-old Oluwadamilola Adeolu from Ekiti State has been crowned Junior Champion at the African Spelling Bee competition held on March 20 in Harare, Zimbabwe. The young scholar, a student of St. Lawrence Metropolitan College, Ado-Ekiti, outperformed contestants from over 30 African countries, bringing continental recognition to Nigeria and highlighting the importance of supporting children’s development and participation in educational opportunities.
