A £20,000 reward is being offered for information that could lead to identifying the parents of three siblings found abandoned in East London over an eight-year period. Despite extensive efforts by the Metropolitan Police, including reviewing more than 450 hours of CCTV footage, the parents of the children, known as Elsa, Roman, and Harry, remain unidentified.

Elsa was discovered by a dog walker on 18 January last year in East Ham when she was believed to be less than an hour old. Further investigation revealed that she had two siblings, Roman and Harry, who were also abandoned under similar circumstances in the same area in 2019 and 2017, respectively. Police believe their mother may have lived in East London over the past six years.

Crimestoppers, an independent charity, has offered a £20,000 reward for information in finding their mother, but the offer will expire on 18 April. Detective Inspector Jamie Humm, from the Met’s child abuse investigation team, emphasized the urgency of the appeal, stating that extensive inquiries have been made to locate Elsa’s parents over the past year.
