Panic and chaos erupted at a vocational high school in southeastern Turkey after an 18-year-old former student opened fire with a shotgun, wounding at least 16 people before taking his own life, authorities confirmed. The attack at the school in Siverek, Şanlıurfa province, sent students and staff fleeing for safety as security forces responded to the unfolding tragedy, according to Governor Hasan Şıldak.
