15-Year-Old Stabbed to Death in Niger State During Fight Over Girlfriend
A tragic incident has rocked Baburasa Village in Niger State, where a violent altercation between two teenagers over a girlfriend ended in the death of one of them. According to intelligence sources who spoke with Zagazola Makama, the confrontation began as a heated argument between 15-year-old Ragai Dike and 14-year-old Kefas Monday.
The situation escalated when Sunday Baba, a 25-year-old friend of Kefas, got involved in the dispute. During the argument, Sunday reportedly drew a knife and stabbed Ragai Dike in the chest.
Ragai was rushed to the General Hospital in New Bussa in a desperate attempt to save his life, but he was pronounced dead on arrival. His body was photographed for documentation and later deposited at the hospital morgue for autopsy.
Police have since arrested the suspects, and investigations into the incident are ongoing. The tragic event has left the community in shock and raised concerns about the growing trend of youth violence in the area.
