In a display of faith, resilience, and community solidarity, a 16-year-old girl, Georgia Miracle has been safely reunited with her mother, Haina Miracle, after reportedly being abducted and forcibly subjected to religious conversion in Adamawa State, Nigeria.

The teen was returned just hours before a scheduled court appearance, thanks to the relentless efforts of local churches, legal advocates, and faith leaders like Rev. Sunday Jambutu, who played a key role in securing her release.

Georgia, who lost her father at age 6 and was raised by her mother, was allegedly taken by individuals attempting to force her into Islam. The incident sparked outrage and mobilization within the Christian community locally and nationally.

“I’m so happy to have my daughter back,” Haina said through tears. “But I also pray that no other family goes through what we have gone through.”

The Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) celebrated Georgia’s return, calling it a victory for justice and a reminder of what is possible when a community stands together. Georgia will now begin her healing journey with the support of her loved ones and her faith community.
