Alejandro Gibes de Gac, founder of Springboard Collaborative, established Paloma Learning to further empower parents in elementary education. Through six innovative practices, including starting with empathy and defining the problem to solve, Paloma introduced a system to automate and personalize student progress reports for families. The implementation included a structured roadmap, personalized learning materials, and a successful pilot program in partnership with schools, demonstrating high engagement and effectiveness.
