Missing 10-Month-Old Child Last Seen in the West Palm Beach Area Found Safe: FDLE

The Missing Child Alert for 10-month-old Abnel Devalon has been canceled after law enforcement located him safe. He was last seen in West Palm Beach around the 500 block of North Congress Avenue on June 27 prior to being found.
