Johnny James, 40, and his girlfriend Kayla Clark have been arrested in Oklahoma on child abuse and neglect charges after James allegedly tied his 15-year-old daughter to a tree with ratchet straps for over 24 hours. Authorities discovered the girl tied up in a yard in Vera, Oklahoma, where she had been left with only a piece of carpet to sleep on. James reportedly claimed he used this method of punishment because the girl had issues with urinating and defecating indoors.
