Two 14-year-old boys were shot, one fatally, outside the Michigan State Fair in Novi on Saturday night. Police initially treated it as an active shooter situation but later confirmed it was an isolated incident stemming from a recent argument. The surviving teen is in stable condition. The police have not identified a suspect, and there is no ongoing threat to the community.
