A 15-year-old girl is in critical condition after falling from a fifth-story window at Dobbins Technical High School in North Philadelphia around noon on Tuesday. The circumstances surrounding the incident are unclear, and police are currently investigating. The girl is receiving treatment at St. Christopher’s Hospital for Children. The School District of Philadelphia has been contacted for comment.
