The Kebbi State Police Command has dismissed as false and mischievous a social media report alleging that Christian children rescued from kidnappers were kept in a Muslim-based orphanage in Birnin Kebbi. In a statement issued on Saturday, by the Police Public Relations Officer, CSP Nafi’u Abubakar, the command described the publication as baseless and a deliberate attempt to tarnish the image of the police.
