Hamilton Co. parents disappointed with school board’s decision to end partnership with Centerstone

In a narrow 6–5 vote, mostly along party lines, Republicans on the Hamilton County School Board voted to end the decade-long partnership with Centerstone, a nonprofit mental health provider that has offered in-school counseling services to students across the district. The services are paid for using the students’ insurance, and costs the schools nothing.
