The Atchison County Sheriff’s Office says two missing girls have been found safe and a suspect has been arrested. The Missouri State Highway Patrol has canceled its Amber Alert. According to a release, Emma Sue Hale, 12, and Emily Harrington, 12, were reported as last seen around 8:40 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 19, at a Rock Port High School football game.
