A Bracken County Schools bus driver is under investigation, according to the district superintendent and Kentucky State Police. Neither the police nor the school is stating why the driver is under investigation, but one mother says it has to do with her 4-year-old daughter. “Two teenage girls had video-recorded my 4-year-old daughter in the bus driver’s lap,” said mother Haley Kidd. Kidd’s children ride a Bracken County School bus every day.
