A former Laguna Creek High School teacher was arrested on sex-related charges on Wednesday. According to the Elk Grove Police Department, David Collins, 38, a high school teacher, is in custody in connection with two sex-related offenses involving a former student. The victim was a minor and attended the same school where Collins was employed at the time of the crimes.
