An El Paso man was arrested and charged with child porn on Sunday. Deputies arrested 39-year-old Ricardo Quintanar. Deputies with the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office were dispatched to the El Paso Transitional Center, located at 1650 Horizon Boulevard in El Paso County, Texas, in reference to a resident found to be in possession of child pornography.
