A California school proctor has been arrested after investigators alleged he contacted minors to obtain child sexual abuse material, following a CyberTip submitted to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC). Authorities said the suspect, identified as 22-year-old Dylan Patrick Beckham of Victorville, was taken into custody after an investigation linked him to the reported online exploitation of children.
