The Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) has arrested a 36-year-old Point of Sale (POS) operator in Ilorin, Kwara State, for allegedly luring a 14-year-old girl to his shop and an uncompleted building, where he reportedly subjected her to repeated child sexual abuse on different occasions.
