February 29 2024- Before having kids, the author and her husband enjoyed adventurous travels, exploring various destinations. However, after having kids, their lives became centered around parenting responsibilities, and the spontaneity of their relationship faded. Feeling the strain of daily life, they decided to take a vacation without their children, marking the first time in 12 years. Despite initial worries and mom guilt, the trip provided a much-needed opportunity for the couple to reconnect, rejuvenate their relationship, and gain a fresh perspective on life.
