Police Arrest Jigawa Teacher for Beheading and Cutting Off Student’s Genitals
A shocking incident has emerged from Jigawa State, where a 45-year-old teacher, Musa Wada, has been arrested for allegedly beheading and mutilating his 14-year-old Almajiri student, Bashir Adamu.
According to the Jigawa Police Command spokesperson, SP Lawan Shiisu, detectives apprehended the suspect after a tip-off. During interrogation, Wada admitted that the teenager had lost consciousness and died while being punished for absenteeism. In an attempt to mislead the public, he beheaded the affected child and cut off his genital organs to make it appear as a ritual killing.
The police later recovered the severed body parts from Wada’s farmland. The suspect is set to face prosecution after investigations are concluded.
