A 10-year-old boy will need reconstructive surgery following a hit-and-run incident in Bristol Township, Pa. over the Labor Day weekend. The search is on for the driver who police said left the boy unconscious in the road. “Basically, it was a hit and run and they hit me from behind,” Xavier Thomas said on Action News at 10 on PHL17. “Then my bike was broken into two pieces.”
