Two students and a staff member were burned, one of them seriously at a Dorchester school on Thursday afternoon, officials say.
A mobile lunch cart with hot water spilled onto the students and the staff member in the school cafeteria, according to a spokesperson for Boston Public Schools.
At 12:30 p.m., officers responded to a report of a burn victim at the Henderson Lower K-1 School located at 1669 Dorchester Ave., according to police.
