Police say they arrested seven people in connection with the trafficking of three juvenile girls. The investigation, which was conducted with the Regionalized Human Trafficking Recovery Task Force, began in May, according to Hartford police Lt. Aaron Boisvert. The three juveniles have since been safely returned to their families, Boisvert said.
