A California man pleaded guilty Thursday to torturing and killing his infant son, whose body has not yet been found. Jake Haro, 32, wept as he pleaded guilty to all charges, including second-degree murder in the death of his 7-month-old son, Emmanuel Haro, in Riverside County. He also pleaded guilty to filing a false police report and to assault of a child under 8, resulting in great bodily injury and death.
