It was a big day for the King’s Daughter Child Care Center in Wheeling. The center held an open house to celebrate its recent expansion of a project three years in the making that officially wrapped up back in August. The center, which first opened its doors in 1889, provides care for children as young as eight weeks old up to five years old.
