9NEWS Investigates has confirmed that Desmond Holly posted a photo of a handgun on his X page twice – first on Sept. 5 and again shortly before Wednesday’s shooting at Evergreen High School. The gun in the social media post is a revolver – the type of weapon Jefferson County authorities said Holly used, and the type of weapon found on the ground in the area where he shot himself after wounding two students.
