A Federal High Court in Dutse, Jigawa State, has ordered the Department of State Services (DSS) to immediately hand over an operative accused of abducting a 16-year-old girl from Hadejia Local Government Area to the police for full investigation, in a case that has sparked widespread public concern over alleged abuse of power and serious criminal allegations.
