Members of the Indiana State Police’s Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Unit, with assistance from the Daviess County Sheriff’s Department, arrested a Washington man for the distribution and possession of CSAM. Chad C. Cooper, a 42-year-old male from Washington, was taken into custody on May 28th.
