A 24-year-old daycare worker in North Carolina has been charged after allegedly causing a serious injury to a 4-year-old boy at a KinderCare Day Care Center in Raleigh, where investigators say she “aggressively” pulled the child while he was seated in a “crisscross applesauce” position, resulting in a fractured tibia.
