A lecturer with Modibbo Adama University Yola, Professor John Ngamsa, has attributed the rising insecurity in the northern region to the total neglect of the girl-child education. Speaking on Saturday in Yola, at the media training on content creation for Adolescent Girls Initiative for Learning and Empowerment in Adamawa State, the Implementing Coordinator and Chief Executive of Rhamo Enterprises, Ngamsa, observed that out of the 20 million out-of-school girls in the country, the North alone accounts for 15 million.
