A 49-year-old El Paso man might spend the rest of his life in prison after he was sentenced to over 50 years for sexually assaulting two children over a five-year period. According to the El Paso District Attorney’s Office, on Tuesday, a judge sentenced Cesar Lazcano to 55 years in state prison after he was found guilty of sexually abusing two children from 2013 to 2018.
