School is back in session for nearly a million students in New York City, the nation’s largest school district. This year brings new changes, including seven new schools opening their doors for the first time, and a new statewide bell-to-bell cellphone ban. It will be quite the adjustment as students will not be allowed to have their cellphones while on school grounds for the entirety of the school day.
