John Pycock, 83, from Lincoln, has been sentenced to 14 years in prison for sex offences against a boy over three decades ago. He denied the abuse, which occurred while he was a scout leader in Billinghay and Fiskerton in the late 1980s and early 1990s. The jury convicted him of indecency with a child, two counts of indecent assault, and two other serious sexual offences. This is his third prison term, with previous convictions for similar crimes. Pycock, in poor health, may spend the rest of his life in prison.
