Generation Alpha is defined as people born between 2012 and 2025. As of 2025, this age range includes people who are 0 to 13 years old. Generation Alpha is the generation after Generation Z and is currently the youngest living generation. Social researcher and futurist Mark McCrindle coined the term Gen Alpha since the previous generations Gen X, Gen Y (Millennials) and Gen Z were at the end of the traditional alphabet.
