However, many habits such as nutrition, physical activity, stress reduction, avoiding smoking, and ensuring proper sleep can be modified for better health. A recent study from the University of Jyväskylä in Finland, currently under peer review, suggests that while exercise is essential for longevity, adopting other healthy lifestyle habits may have an even more significant impact on overall well-being.
