A man accused of possessing digitally altered images depicting children is now barred from unsupervised contact with children and prohibited from going within 1,000 feet of schools or public parks. During his first court appearance, Zackary Nelson agreed to the release conditions as prosecutors sought additional restrictions, including a ban on contacting the alleged affected children or their families and a request for house arrest or GPS monitoring while the case proceeds.
