A Long Island man convicted of raping two members of his family, who were 5 and 12 years old at the time, is facing nearly 90 years in prison. The 38-year-old man, from Patchogue, has not been named to protect the identity of the affected children, Suffolk County District Attorney Ray Tierney said in a statement. The man was found guilty Monday on a slew of charges, including first-degree rape and sexual abuse and endangering the welfare of a child.
