Edgard Ikadima Ndong, a 47-year-old Gabonese residing in Doumassi village in Bissok canton in Oyem, committed the rape of two girls aged 7 and 9 on April 10, 2024. This recidivist, who has already served six years in the Peloton d’Oyem prison for murder and rape, decided to relocate to Doumassi village after his release. His younger sister, currently pregnant, accompanied by her husband, went to Oyem hospital for childbirth.
