A Passaic County man was arrested Wednesday and charged with sexually assaulting a child, authorities said. Scott Volpe, 39, of Ringwood, was taken into custody without incident in his hometown, according to the Passaic County Prosecutor’s Office. Volpe faces multiple charges, including first-degree aggravated sexual assault, second-degree sexual assault, and first-degree endangering the welfare of a child for manufacturing child pornography.
