Union Township police are investigating an incident at West Clermont High School where two staff members allegedly taped a student to a chair. The incident occurred on March 1 in a classroom, and school officials learned about it a few days later. They promptly reported it to the police and Children’s Protective Services. According to Lt. Scott Blankenship, the incident began as a joke but escalated beyond acceptable bounds. Charges against the staff members involved are expected.
