Authorities in Las Vegas say a school bus driver involved in a collision that killed a 12-year-old girl has been found at fault. Las Vegas police say the crash occurred Oct. 6 at about 3:30 p.m. at Bradley Road and West Tropical Parkway. Haylee Ryan was riding her bicycle that afternoon when she and the school bus collided. A second vehicle, a Chevy Tahoe, was also involved.
