A school bus driver picking up students at the end of the day had a gun on school property, according to a statement from the Central Dauphin School District. Lower Paxton Township police have now identified the driver as 39-year-old Tonya Hymon. Police say a representative from Krise Transportation contacted law enforcement on Tuesday to report that one of their employees had a weapon while driving the school bus. An investigation revealed Hymon had a handgun on her person in a holster on her hip while on school property and while working as a bus driver on Sept. 23.
