Two infants, including a seven-month-old baby girl and a one-and-a-half-year-old boy, have been found tied and abandoned at a garbage dump in Jamshoro, Pakistan, sparking concern over their safety and welfare. Police said the children were allegedly left by a man travelling in a rickshaw, before local residents discovered them and alerted authorities.
