A community on the South Side of Chicago is outraged after an attack on a mother and her two children outside an elementary school. Neighbors said it wasn’t the first time the same group of children had attacked someone. The attack was caught on video, and it can be difficult to watch; children circled a mother and then pinned her against a fence. The mother and her son were dragged to the ground as the group continuously beat them.
