The U.S. Department of Education found the Green Bay Area Public School District violated Title IX in the 2018-2019 and 2019-2020 school years, a 2020 audit and investigation by the Office of Civil Rights revealed Monday. The district has come to a resolution agreement to ensure future compliance.
The investigation came after an off-school property incident in August 2019, when school was out of session.
